@renjuniely is a hub for all my sales and GOs (Group Orders)! I started selling in 2019, and eventually picked up doing GOs along the way. Kpop is what I mainly did before, and I will still sell what I may have, but I don't hold kpop GOs anymore.Please try and find the answer to your questions in the forms/FAQs/masterlist/etc before asking me or sending me a cc.DMs with no reply or payment after 12 hours will be discarded.

Do you have any proof of past sales/GOs?Yes! You can check the #rjilyFB tag on twitter
What happened to kpop?Nothing! I'm still casually into it, I just don't buy as much as I used to.
I'm worried you didn't get my payment/message!I reply to/acknowledge every payment or form/question, so I may not have received it if it's been a while and I haven't replied! I only don't reply if it's a formality/small talk/thank yous/etc, all else will be acknowledged.
Can I pay via etransfer?No, I state on my forms and posts that I only accept PayPal
What's rjily code?For my frequent buyers, I give an option to create a code to quickly fill out my forms (as I know they're tedious, but necessary). They fill out a profile with me and fill their fields with the code. You can find out more and apply for one here
Can you send me video proof of stamped mail drop off?Yes, but I do them by request only. Please let me know when you pay for your shipping that you would like me to, well ahead of time.
When is your next proxy address forward?I probably won't know the answer to this. It's generally unpredictable as I don't have reguarly scheduled forward times. I will foward when there's enough to
I joined a GO, I bought something, I have an IO, etc. Can I combine shipping for my orders or can you hold my items until they all arrive?Of course! You just need to let me know you would like to combine, and pay for any outstanding payments to hold it. Please keep track of all the items you have with me
Can I pay for my orders (GO, IO, Sales, shipping) in one payment?Sure, just be sure to include all the payment notes! If you're ordering a lot of items that don't have specific notes (the forms that just ask for your twitter handle), you can dm/email me and let me know what you're paying for or fill it in the comments section on forms if you're worried
PayPal charges me a fee each time I pay you?From a Canadian account to a Canadian account via bank or paypal balance does not incur any fees, this could be an option for you! PayPal's fees are not under my control though
I need to change my address, can this be done?Just let me know (dm/email), and I can change that for you, no worries!
Why can't you do meet ups? Other GOMs do.I don't have the time or energy to organize meet ups, sorry. Please order elsewhere if you don't want your items shipped or picked up from my location.

Go

Group Orders are a way to purchase items in a way that could be more cost effective than ordering and paying for all the shipping on your own. The shipping cost will be split amongst other joiners, lowering it for each person.Please read the forms carefully as there is relevant information on them.You can see the status on GOs on the masterlist or the individual tweet threads.At the moment, I am not regularly holding GOs and in the middle of refreshing my forms/process, so they may not follow exactly what is outlined here.

How much will EMS/domestic shipping be?I dont know, it's all very dependent! Please don't ask me about these
Do you still do kpop GO requests?Not really to be honest, but unless it's one I'm for sure buying myself already.
What are you taking GO requests for?I know this isn't really a clear answer right now, but I'm not really planning on going back to the volume of GOs I did before, so I don't know if I'll fully open them at all. I'll try for doll clothes/accessories though.
Can I pay in CAD?If the form specifies the price in USD, then no, please pay in USD. Currency fluctuates and it's hard for me to keep track of the rates at any given time over the multiple payments
How many payments are there?Generally, two! I might take one or three payments at times, but usually it's two: initial and final
I haven't received my confirmation yet?!If you haven't received one in 3-4 days or it's close to deadline, please contact me before the deadline. These are all manual, and I check them individually
I'm not from Canada, can I join your GO still?Usually, yes. Please DM me first though
Can I get a refund after the order period closes?No. As stated on the form, do not join if you're not commited or patient

Individual Orders can be done to purchase items in Japan (sometimes Korea, if I have an order going) that you aren't able to order yourself, or would like to participate in the split international shipping to lower costs even if I don't open a GO for them. I am also able to pay for an item for you via Korean bank if you wish to buy from a K-seller who only accepts Korean accounts/addresses.Please be serious about contacting me for IOs. If you're not sure about buying, don't contact me. Please communicate with me if you don't want an item anymore. If you waste my time, I may not allow you to make requests or do IOs in the future. Please be warned that on top of currency exchange, there are transfer fees and package fees imposed from the proxies, and you have to pay for domestic shipping to the proxy address. This is not that cheap, be warned.IOs:
Please contact with me with a link to the item, how many and what you want to buy. Include as much detail as you can for your request; it makes it easier for me to confirm if I'm able to accept or not.
Payment via Korean account & using my K-Address:
Please be sure you trust this seller, I am not responsible if they turn out to be a scammer. Please settle all details before you contact me including shipping fees.
Contact me with the total amount to be paid, what you're buying, the twitter @ of who you're buying from, and the twitter @ that you used to contact them (if different from the one you're contacting me with). Once I confirm the USD amount and you have paid, then let the seller know I will contact them for payment and address.
I often use a separate account for these DMs, so don't reference @renjuniely as who will pay/contact.

My order is only X won/yen, isn't that about X US dollars? Why is it so much higher?Especially if you're ordering totally alone, there's still the shipping within Korea, the transfer fees and package fees! The total after converting the price with shipping could be $5USD+ more with this. Please be sure you want this item
What currency will you request payment in?USD for all Korean orders usually. It varies for the others, let me know if it's a concern.
Where can I view status on my IO?I have an IO list tab on my masterlist, you can check there. You can also DM me, but please do so sparingly.
I'm not from Canada, can I request an IO?It'll be way more expensive ordering from me than a GOM in your country, but it's possible, let me know when you request

Ordering and buying with me means you agree to the below.
Understanding this, please refrain from ordering if you do not agree.
Sales are final. There are no refunds after payment (especially for simple change of mind).
DMs with no reply or payment after 12 hours will be discarded. I will move on to the next person without warning.
I reserve the right to refuse sales or orders.
I make all information readily available, so it is your responsibility to keep up with updates for your order.
Status can be viewed on the homepage of my carrd, please check it if this is a concern.
Repeatedly asking me for things be it requests, claims, or otherwise and not following through with it can result in being banned from doing so.
Repeatedly not following instructions could result in being blacklisted.
Please follow the instructions in the forms and emails. They may not 100% reflect all information here, this is general.
If you miss any deadlines without speaking to me, you forfeit your goods with no refund.
If you have a situation, please communicate with me. Extensions are possible within reason, but I cannot help you if you don't communicate with me.
I send confirmation emails, but not reminders and will not chase you down for payment. You will not typically get any notification that deadline has passed.
Payment:
Payment must be sent as specified by deadline or following the DM reply guidelines.
I accept PayPal only.
Any discrepancy between what was asked (total, currency, service, etc) will be refunded, any fees will not be refunded.
If your country's PayPal does not allow payment in Friends & Family, you must let me know first.
Failure to pay by a deadline with no contact means forfeit of your items with NO refund, and can lead to blacklisting. Please contact me with any situation; otherwise, I won't be able to help you.
Contact:
I will often use email as a formal contact point. I will use email as the failsafe if you change any of your other contacts (such as twitter handle) as well, so please be sure to use an email you use often and check the spam for.
I provide deadlines for any actions, and if not, it's by the usual 12-18 hours, so please be sure to communicate with me any problems or difficulties.
Refunds:
Refunds will be done in a way that strictly doesn't take away from my own money if by no fault of my own.
Partial refunds to accounts outside of Canada will be as much as I can without losing any money. I'll default to the cheaper fee between G&S and F&F, but you can request a specific way - just know that the fees are paid by you either way.
If you would like to potentially avoid fees, I can refund you the whole original payment AFTER you pay me the amount needed in F&F. Transferring outside of Canada incurs fees that I will not cover.
Submitted Forms:
I am not responsible for any mistakes you make filling the form, it is your responsibility to fill them properly, check the confirmations, and inform me of any changes.
Please follow all form instructions carefully, the information is there.
GO Manufacturing/Shipping Periods:
Back outs are not allowed. Please do not join if you cannot be patient, you will not be able to get a refund once I pay and order the items.
If you wish to sell your slot, you must do it on your own. I will not provide you a refund, you will have to get it from the person you sell your slot to and you are responsible for providing the information needed to them and updating me with any address/contact changes.
There are things, like dolls, that take months to make, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
I am not responsible for any damages shipping from the seller to my K-address and cannot compensate for that (it's often extremely difficult or impossible to exchange for defects as well).
Sellers:
I am not responsible for the seller not following through with their order (if they fail to produce the goods, or send them out, etc). If they do not provide me with a refund, I cannot refund you either.
K-Address and Proxy:
I do not get refunded transfer fees from the proxy in case of refund and I am not able to refund for that portion.
I do not forward from my K-address during regular intervals. As I am a small account, and don't necessarily have many GOs going all the time. I won't necessarily know when items will arrive.
I am not responsible for any damages caused by the packing from the proxy or shipping to me and cannot provide any refunds due to this.
I am at the mercy of the proxy when it comes to shipping and packing. If they take a long time, I cannot control this.
Arrival to me:
Any customs or fees incurred will be paid by joiners accordingly.
Shipping to you:
I will pack the items accordingly, but if you have any special requests, please let me know beforehand. Fees for any packing materials applicable will be part of the shipping cost.
It is your responsibility to double check the proof shots for any mistakes when I send them to you. I am not responsible for any lost/undelivered mail due to address being wrong from a mistake you made or failed to point out to me when I sent you a photo.
Any customs/duties incurred are your responsibility.
Stamped mail - I generally drop stamped mail relatively quickly after payment. Stamped mail is untracked, and once I drop it off in the mailbox, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for any lost mail or damages from the post. I take pictures of the envelope and the stamp, but videos of drop off by request only.
*There are times that I will be willing to send items that are a little too thick to be sent via stamped mail, but this choice is yours and you will be taking responsibility for any problems that arise due to this. If there's any surplus postage to be paid or it gets returned to me you are responsible for the extra cost or to cost to reship it. I will not be providing any refunds for this, nor covering any of the costs.
Parcel mail - I have to go to a post office to mail parcels, and this could take 2 weeks or more. I am not responsible for the package once I drop it off.
For within Canada, all methods are tracked, but I will use my own judgement on which service to use if you have special requests (regular over expedited even when the same cost, signature on delivery, do not safe drop, card for delivery) please let me know. For US, there are tracked and untracked shipment options, and I will lower costs for customs and as gift; if you would like a specific cost declared, please let me know. For international, it varies, tracked may not be an option to certain countries.
Pick ups:
These are not meet ups, it will be at my location.
You must pay completely before pick up and before specified deadline.
If you fail to inform me of any changes to your pick up within a reasonable time, or miss pickups more than once, you may be subject to a fee and/or will have to have your items shipped, and you will not be able to pick up in the future. Failure to pay means forfeit of your items with no refund.
Holding Items:
I'm happy to hold items for you to combine shipping or if you need some time to move/return from holidays, please just let me know.
Items must be paid in full (excluding domestic payment). Missing any deadlines means forfeit of ALL your items with no refund.
In the event that I still have your items and you have more orders coming in with me, you will have to cover all previous payments PLUS a late fee in order, then the subsequent payments to get any of your items. In the case I do not have the items any longer, you will have to cover any loss occurred and late fees in order to get your other orders. You could also be blacklisted for future orders.
I will also keep record, but please keep track of your own items.
Currently there is no limit to holding items, but this is subject to change according to the amount of storage space available to me.
For minors:
Please get complete permission from your parents or guardians and fully explain the process.
